照片为什么没有显示？

请在 iPhone 设置中允许留声相册访问照片。若选择了有限访问，App 只显示你允许的照片，可在 App 设置页管理可访问照片。

录音与会员

免费版每天可保存 3 条录音，每条最长 15 秒。会员解除 App 层面的次数与时长限制，仍受设备存储和系统条件影响。已保存的录音在会员到期后仍可播放。在会员页面使用“恢复购买”恢复同一 Apple 账号的购买资格；订阅可在 iPhone 设置 → Apple 账号 → 订阅中管理。

iCloud 同步与删除

文字和录音使用个人 iCloud 私有同步，照片原图保留在系统图库。请在设置中确认同步状态；看到“已同步”后再考虑卸载 App。未同步的本地内容可能随卸载丢失。你可以在 App 中删除故事或录音，同步启用时，删除会同步到其他设备。

隐私政策

本政策适用于王志航提供的留声相册 EchoAlbum iOS 应用。

照片、文字和录音

App 在你授权后读取系统照片图库，为照片关联文字与录音。麦克风仅用于你主动发起的录音。照片原图不会由本 App 上传到开发者服务器。文字和录音保存在设备上，并在 iCloud 可用时通过 Apple CloudKit 私有数据库同步。开发者无法通过该私有数据库浏览你的故事和录音。

账号与购买

App 无需创建独立账号。iCloud 与 App 内购买使用你的 Apple 账号，由 Apple 提供相关服务。App 使用 StoreKit 校验购买状态以提供会员功能，不获取银行卡信息或 Apple 账号密码。

追踪与第三方

当前 App 不包含广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，不进行跨 App 广告追踪。Apple 对 iCloud、商店支付及平台诊断数据的处理受其自身隐私政策约束。

你的选择

可在系统设置中撤回照片和麦克风权限。撤回权限会影响相关功能，但不会自动删除已经保存的文字和录音。可在 App 中删除记录，并通过系统 iCloud 设置管理云端 App 数据。卸载 App 不会自动取消订阅。

若通过邮件联系我们，你提供的邮箱、问题描述和附件仅用于回复和解决问题，不用于广告。请仅提供排查所需内容。支持网页由托管服务提供，服务商可能处理提供页面所需的网络请求信息；本网页不设置广告追踪器。

Support & privacy

EchoAlbum adds written stories and voice recordings to photos in your iPhone library. Grant Photos and microphone access in Settings. Limited Photos access displays only the photos you select.

The free tier saves up to three recordings per day, up to 15 seconds each. Premium removes app-imposed recording limits, subject to device and system constraints. Restore purchases using the same Apple account. Manage subscriptions in Apple account settings.

Your data

Original photos remain in Photos and are not uploaded by EchoAlbum to a developer server. Stories and recordings are stored on your device and synchronized through your private Apple CloudKit database when available. The developer cannot browse your private iCloud stories or recordings. No separate app account is needed. Apple handles payments; EchoAlbum checks purchase entitlements using StoreKit and does not receive card details or Apple account passwords.

The current app includes no advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs and performs no cross-app advertising tracking. You may revoke permissions in iOS Settings and delete stories or recordings in the app. Deletions synchronize when iCloud sync is enabled. Check that syncing is complete before uninstalling; unsynced local data may be lost. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions.

Support emails are used to answer your request. Please do not send private photos, full recordings, or account passwords. This support website uses hosting infrastructure that may process network request information to deliver pages; it contains no advertising trackers.
